Kana as a Letterly alternative

What Letterly does better
Letterly is built for a case Kana does not serve: you talk for three minutes with no structure and it hands back something shaped, kept in a library you can search later. It covers 90+ languages with translation, transcribes meetings from Zoom, Meet and Teams with speakers separated, and follows you onto a phone. Kana has no store, no sync, no meetings and no phone app.

- Transcription happens on the Mac, with no upload and no account.
- Kana keeps nothing. Letterly's value is the library it builds, which is the same thing seen from the other side.
