What Wispr Flow does better
Wispr Flow runs on Windows, iOS and Android as well as the Mac, covers 100+ languages, and its writing model is good at inferring tone from context without being told. It also goes further on compliance than Kana ever will: a HIPAA-ready BAA on every plan, SOC 2 Type II for Enterprise, ISO 27001 certification under way, a Privacy Mode that retains nothing, and an opt-out from model training. If you work across operating systems, Kana does not solve your problem at all: it is Apple Silicon Mac only and will stay that way.
